The school is located 800 meters west of the national road. It is situated within the compound of Patpata Elementary School. Barangay Patpata 1st is known to be the last barangay of Candon City when going south. 

From Candon City proper, you have to travel a distance of 4.7 km towards south. Before the school marker in barangay Ayudante, the best landmark to consider is the beautifully engineered City Hall of Candon which one will passed by when going to CCITNHS which is about 100 meters from the said school marker.
