As prescribed by the Department of Education (DepED), our school offers the following curricular programs:

 

Grades 7, 8 & 9:                   K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum

Fourth Year:                        Basic Education Curriculum

 

The school is also looking forward for the approval of its proposal to offer Senior High School in 2015 or 2016. The school requested to offer ICT - Hardware Servicing targeting to produce computer technicians after the Senior High School.

The school intensifies its sports program this School Year creating a new sports team - The CCITNHS Volleyball Team. The team is being handled by the newly-hired MAPEH teacher, Mr. Jefferson Pendaden, and it is expected that the team will have more rigid training after emerging as champion in the recently concluded City Athletic Association Meet 2013.

Aside from this, the school is also serious on training student-boxers who consistently wins in sports events where boxing competition is present.

 

To prepare our athletes for outside the school sports competition, MAPEH teachers do their regular training with the athletes after classes in the afternoon at least a month before the event.

/  OTHER PROGRAMS

MATHEMATICS

In support to the Teaching One Problem Solving A Week (TOPSAW) program of the Division, Academic Corners in every classrooms, particularly the Mathematics corner, are regularly posted with new problems (once a week) to encourage students further their skills in solving worded Mathematics problems.

GULAYAN SA PAARALAN

To address malnutrition problems on students, the Gulayan sa Paaralan was introduced. In CCITNHS, metal frames were constructed for vegetable vines to cling on to. Aside from vines, pots are also purchased for various kinds of vegetables which were distributed by the Division Gulayan sa Paaralan Coordinator, Mr. June Cortez - EPS.

FEEDING PROGRAM

As stipulated in DepED Order No. 8 s. 2007, 35% of the monthly proceed of the School Canteen is used to support the feeding program of the school. Through this program, the school provides free nutritious and delicious snacks for the students who needs further nourishment. Usually, the school chooses ten (10) students to feed and they are being monitored by the school health and nutrition coordinator.
